Denver, Colorado – Acoustic Hot Tuna played to a full house Friday night at the Oriental Theatre. The crowd was seated yet energetic as Jorma Kaukonen belted out familiar tunes. His long time Jefferson Airplane band mate Jack Casady on the bass and musician on the mandolin joined him.

Jorma seemed to have a glow about him and looked amazing for a man in his early seventies. The three men created a musical force not to be reckoned with. Some favorites played by the band were â€œHesitation Blues,â€ â€œBarbeque King,â€ and one of my all time favorites â€œGenesis.â€ I walked out with a smile on my face and it seemed that everyone around me had one too.
