When you make a living climbing mountains and hanging onto ropes for dear life, and it comes to your next “fix” the options can be somewhat limited. However that hasn’t stopped professional climbers Cedar Wright and Matt Segal from taking to the sky for a thrilling introduction to paragliding.
With only 6 months of experience the two junk-show pilots set off to climb the highest peak in Mexico, Pico de Arizaba with a plan to paraglide off the summit.

I can only imagine how stoked their parents and loved ones must be…
Cedar Wright had this to say about taking dabs of sky crack, “It is so easy to talk yourself out of something before you even try. In life you just have to go and see…Sometimes you can pull off amazing stuff if you just jump in the deep end and have to swim. Just because you’re a beginner doesn’t mean you cant do something kind of exceptional.”
Thanks to their sponsor The North Face, along with some serious bravado Wright and Segal managed to fly off the third highest peak in North America.
