Anubis Heads to Mile High Festival

COMMERCE CITY, CO – The first fan has arrived onsite three weeks prior to the 2010 Mile High Music Festival. Anubis, on loan from the Anubis Denver Art Museum (DAM) a self-proclaimed “rock” fan will greet concert goers arriving to the festival. The stunning 26 foot tall, 10.5 ton statue has been on tour throughout the state to pave way for the Tutankhamun exhibit at the Denver Art Museum. His former residence was at the Denver International Airport and now he will spend the next 3 weeks on the festival grounds.

Along with Anubis local Mile High Music Festival musicians Jeep MacNichol of the Samples, Lee Miles of Oh My Star and Danielle Anderson from Danielle Ate The Sandwich were on hand to provide the first “All Access” Pass, and who better then to receive the honor then Anubis.
