Dakine Sender 3L Stretch Jacket Review
The Dakine Sender Stretch 3L Jacket is an impressive combination functionality, comfort, and style. As a high-performance ski and snowboard jacket, it is designed to keep you warm, dry, and protected while also allowing for full range of motion.
Material

One of the most notable features of this Dakine Jacket is its combination of waterproofing and 4 way stretch construction. The shell is made of a durable and waterproof material that keeps rain and wind out, while the 4 way stretch to designed for movement, keeping you dry and comfortable. Now all this sounds nice on paper but what about in practice?
After both backcountry skiing and resort skiing in the Dakine Sender Stretch 3L Jacket I can assure you it’s the real deal. If your jacket feels stiff and bulky its time for an upgrade.
Thoughtful Design

I love a jacket that you can tell was designed by an actual rider. The Dakine Sender Stretch 3L Jacket fits into this category of a performance driven jacket. I found that there was plenty of pocket space without being over the top. I also loved the card pocket on the left arm making lift lines a breeze.
In addition to the pockets the Dakine Sender is equipped with strategically placed vents that can make or break you on those hot warmer days.
Fit

In terms of fit, the Dakine Sender Stretch 3L Jacket is true to size and features a relaxed fit that allows for easy layering. It also has a long back hem, which helps keep the jacket in place while you’re in riding position. The jacket is available in a few colors – I chose Earth Green.
