The Hoodie Buddie is a new music listening compatible hoodie, which bypasses the need for an external auxiliary cord and the compromise of fashion for function. Including a durable zipper and warm yet breathable sleeves, their premier hoodie is equipped with zippered pockets with enough room for an MP3 player or mobile phone to sit securely. Newer models also include a mic, allowing use of smartphone speaker systems.
Lined with a high fidelity auxiliary cord (3.5mm stereo jack/plug), the Hoodie Buddie connects MP3 devices to earbuds located at the end the hood’s drawstrings. There’s no need to remove the auxiliary cord or earbuds before washing, as they’re completely waterproof.
Hoodie Buddie features products in over 50 colors, ranging from solid heather grey and red to blue macro-camouflage and various patterns of plaid. They don’t just make hoodies, though, offering everything from denim vests to military jackets. Also featured are three signature product lines, Hoodiecollab, Retrofit, and Super HB.

Hoodiecollab is inspired by skate companies, comic books, Disney characters and numerous hardcore punk bands like Terror, Judge, Sick of it All and Strife, carrying various artwork, insignias and logos. For their Retrofit line, Hoodie Buddie took actual vintage clothing and retrofit them with their HB3 technology. This line should be launching in the very near future.
The most popular product using HB3 technology is the Super HB line with Supersound technology, featuring 1 kHZ sensitivity with +/- 95 dB, 32ohm impedance and a frequency range between 20-Hz to 20kHz, covering the upper and lower limits of most high-quality MP3’s. The Super HB is offered in the same clothing styles as the other lines, but also includes Supersoft shell jackets, Superlite hoodies and the heavy duty Supercrisp.
Hoodie Buddies’s expansive product line and pricing ($17.99 to $54.99) ensures stylish and affordable MP3 listening on the go and in any weather.
