Patagonia Wavefarer Shorts Review

Mens Surf Trunks

The Patagonia Wavefarer Board Shorts are the perfect shorts for in and out of the water featuring quick-drying nylon that happens to be recycled. Not everyone in the mountains may be familiar with Patagonia’s long-running history in surfing. “Let My People Go Surfing” is a policy that allows Patagonia employees to play outside during any given workday, business come first but playing is a close second.

Patagonia Wavefarer Board Shorts Review

What I really enjoy most about the Patagonia Wavefarer Shorts is the extra length in the inseam. When your out in the lineup sitting on your board it’s nice to not be rubbing your thighs directly on fiberglass, with a 23″ inseam this is eliminated. Plus they look just as cool in and out of the water. The land quilt sky colors ways are just loud enough to catch someone’s attention and subtle enough to wear out to dinner.

Overall Impression

The durable water repellent nylon is lightweight and is built to last. Wondering where to stash your car keys, The Patagonia Wavefarer Board Shorts ($69) come with a zippered pocket on the right thigh that drains water away and features an internal key loop just in case you really get pounded.
