So many goggles to choose from these days and everyone has a different matrix for choosing the right goggle for the individual.  I found these InnerKing Snow Goggles to be a great value option for swooshing all over the mountain.  These goggles for the price point cannot be beat firstly.  Secondly,  optically under the right light conditions these goggles performed as well as any other goggle would.  This specific pair is designed with highlight lenses which performed flawlessly under those conditions.

They come equipped with High Definition Lenses utilizing Vision Plus technology which allows for twice the clarity of standard lenses thus increasing visibility at higher speeds ultimately providing an added measure of safety.  These goggles are also designed with the ability to go Over-The-Glasses (OTG).  This creates a way for those who wear glasses to be able to still wear them comfortably under the goggles. They accommodate glasses up to 4.72 inches wide and a height of 1.3 inches.

The saying is true, if you can’t see, you can’t ski and this goggle enables individuals to not sacrifice their ski experience because the goggles can’t accommodate their spectacles or contacts.  Seeing is believing and this product rings true with that sentiment.

These InnerKing Goggles are also designed with Anti-Fog technology.  They are built with Italian Fog-proof lenses crafted with anti-fog which are SGS and CE EN174 certified.  SGS is the worlds leading inspection, identification and testing certification.  To accentuate the fit and clarity, they are designed with Dual-layer lenses and sponge ventilation which aid significantly in fog resistance.  They make use of PrismPro Lenses which ensure superior UV and anti-glare protection along with scratch resistant, fingerprint-proof providing lasting performance over the lifetime of the product.

Helmet Compatible

Yes, they’re also Helmet compatible which for me is a must as I never step on the hill without head protection.  Life is too short to be a vegetable. Three silicone anti-slip straps and maneuverable buckles make compatibility a synch with any ski helmet.  This is crucial in that a lot of companies design their products to only work with their other products.  For example, Smith IO Mag’s are designed to fit with any of their helmets such as the Vantage but when it comes to other brands they do not always translate to fitting properly which is a bummer for obvious reasons.  Not so with the InnerKing’s which are ready to pair with any brand due to the adjustable strap that prevents slipping in turn enhancing safety while skiing or snowboarding.  The stretchy band for the goggles is very easy to adjust which makes changes on the fly seamless.  The band since its fully adjustable can suit Women, Men and Children. Saving time and effort on a cold day is always preferred.

Since the goggles are highlight it took me awhile to actually test them due to the snow gods blessing Jackson with plentiful snowfall and low light conditions for most of December.  The sun finally came out in early January and I put them to the test.  They performed to a high level providing a wide view allowing me to see maximum levels of periphery.  While at a resort skiing, there are many hazards to avoid, mostly the droves of people on mountain so having a wider view thru these lenses significantly aided in skiing safer.  We are all on the mountain to have fun but as we all know accidents happen and this goggle I found to be safer due to a lot of the design details outlined.  For what these goggles are designed for, highlight conditions they are a stellar product at an approachable price point, one of the best goggles we tested this season.  I will say that as soon as the light was variable, they did not perform well but that being said they are not designed for that purpose.

I would recommend this product to the price point conscious consumer as well as family’s that can slide around gear to be shared since they’re adjustable for any age.  InnerKing did a great job with the Snow Goggle ($29.99) and it makes me happy to know that family’s or individuals can save a buck or two and perhaps by doing so get more ski days in over the course of the season.  After all, we all want the same things, optical clarity, performance and above all else more days on snow.  No bad days and this product certainly supports that sentiment thru its thoughtful design.
