Lazer Bullet 2.0 Helmet Review
When looking for a great helmet for road biking these are 3 important things I look for: comfort, airflow, and aerodynamics. The Lazer Bullet 2.0 Helmet offers all three of those important features as well as easy adjustability of fit, compatibility with Zeiss Magnetic Lenses, rear LED light for safety and works with LifeBEAM heart rate monitor system.
Lazer Advanced Fit Turn System

The Lazer Bullet 2.0 Helmet is a culmination of many years of technology. Let’s commend that, how many other helmet brands have been making gear for 100 years? And it shows.
Their Advanced Fit Turn System allows the user to tighten and loosen the Bullet 2.0 Helmet from the sides and front to back in one uniform movement. This makes the helmet fit evenly around the cranium, without pressure points or feeling sloppy in certain areas.
Venting
Airflow or Ventilation are easy to adjust on the Bullet 2.0. Lazer uses a system called Airslide, which is easy to open and close while riding when Airslide is open it offers great ventilation throughout the helmet, which is great on a hot day, conversely, it can be closed to maintain warmth or if you want to increase your aerodynamics.
Having a red LED Light on the back that can be turned off, on solid or flashing is a simple click and your ready to ride. This is a brilliant safety feature and should be mandatory on all helmets if this feature prevents at least one accident it is well worth it.
Lazer Bullet 2.0 Helmet Pros & Cons

Overall Impression

The two items I use in every helmet I wear when riding are a lightweight cycling cap to protect my scalp from the sun and a good pair of cycling glasses. The Lazer Bullet 2.0 did great with both of these accessories. The Bullet 2.0 Helmet is comfortable and easy to adjust, I liked the way it felt on my head, secure and not too bulky. I had a Medium which fits heads a 55-59 cm circumference.
At the end of the day, I feel the Lazer Bullet 2.0 Helmet ($269.95) is a great higher tier Road Biking Helmet ($269.95). Plus, Lazer has magnetic Zeiss Lenses designed to work with the Bullet 2.0 Helmet.
