The HOVSCO Felicity 10” folding electric scooter is a versatile, reliable and durable partner in transport with lots of power and many added features. Both literally and figuratively, the Felicity e-scooter goes the distance.

In fact, you could ride the HOVSCO Felicity for a whopping 30 miles without needing a recharge! Now most people who use scooters won’t add up 30 miles in a single ride, but it does mean that daily use won’t often be interrupted by the quest to find an outlet.

The Felicity has a 500W motor that yields 450W of sustained power. This is enough power to ride at up to between 19 – 21 mph and to scale a 15% grade.

An internal Lithium-ion 36V, 10.4Ah (374.4Wh) battery feeds the powerful motor and lasts up to 30 miles of range. The battery needs 6 hours to fully recharge

Power Modes

There are three power modes to choose from, Low, Medium and High. On High, the user can achieve up to 21 mph. On Medium, you can ride at 12 mph, and on Low, 4 mph.

Scooter Weight and Weight Limit

The Felicity weighs approximately 18.2 kg (40.12 lbs). It can accommodate a payload (rider and backpack or packages) of 100 kg (220 lbs).

Standout Features

There were a few things about the Felicity e-scooter that we really liked, and which help it to stand out in the crowd. Front and rear lights a standout feature? On the Felicity they really are. The headlight illuminates brightly for night riding and has a sensor that automatically engages the light as darkness falls. The tail light illuminates when the brakes are applied. The lights do not use up precious energy when the scooter is not in use, so the rider doesn’t have to think about them.

LCD Display, Bluetooth Connection and Cruise Control

The rider uses the dashboard to start (plus a little kick from your foot) and shut down the scooter, and the LCD display provides salient data like speed, power level and battery life. The Cruise Control is a really cool function that keeps the scooter at a constant speed without requiring the user to keep the throttle engaged,

Dual Suspension & Disc Brakes

The front and rear disc brake system with electric assist provides safe and secure stops in all weather conditions.

Front and rear shocks on the Felicity give it a smooth, stable ride. Once you use dual suspension on an e-scooter, you’ll never want to give it up!

Foldable and Easy to Transport

While at 40 pounds the Felicity is not flyweight, it is still easy enough to transport, and it folds away to easily fit in the trunk of a car without needing its own dedicated rack.

Off-road Capability

Maybe the coolest thing about the Felicity e-scooter is that with its wide and puncture resistant tires, and its waterproof nature, it is at home on both gravel trails and paved streets.

HOVSCO 10′ Felicity – Long-Haul Scooter Pros & Cons

Pros:

  • Impressive 30-mile range without recharge
  • Three power modes for varying speeds
  • Lightweight, foldable design for easy transport

Cons:

  • Heavy weight at 40.12 lbs
  • 6-hour recharge time for battery
  • Not lightweight for easy transport
